Can the Miami Heat bounce back against the Boston Celtics in Game 2 on Wednesday?
It’s the second contest of a seven-game series between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat Wednesday at TD Garden. In Game 1 of this series Boston took care of business against Miami, winning by 20 points.Â
In Game 2, the Celtics will be the heavy favorite once again. Not only are they the best team in the NBA from a record standpoint, but the Heat are also without Jimmy Butler due to injury. As such, there’s a real chance that this series is ultimately a sweep when it’s all said and done.

This is simply a series in which Miami appears to be outmatched. Despite having a magical run last season as a low seed, the Heat just lack the talent to beat a team as well-rounded as Boston, especially without their best player in Butler. It will take players like Bam Adebayo and Jaime Jaquez stepping up to make this series somewhat competitive.
Following this contest, the series will shift to Miami, as the Heat will get two games in front of their home crowd. Game 3 will take place on Saturday, followed by Game 4 on Monday at Kaseya Center.Â
