In a potential playoff preview, the Las Vegas Golden Knights visit the Vancouver Canucks on Monday.
In the only Western Conference action in the NHL on Monday, the Las Vegas Golden Knights (42-26-8) visit the Vancouver Canucks (47-22-8) at Rogers Arena. Coming into this game, the Golden Knights find themselves in a tight Wild Card race in the Western Conference. Bruce Cassidy’s team is currently holding the second and final Wild Card spot. They’re two points back of the Nashville Predators (with two games in hand) for the top spot and five up on the St. Louis Blues in terms of a playoff cushion (they also have two games in hand there). They could also sneak into the divisional picture with the Los Angeles Kings just one point up with both teams through 77 games.
