Georgia comes into the tournament as the No. 6 seed after finishing the regular season 15-15 in the SEC.
The Bulldogs clinched the spot on the last day as they pulled off a come-from-behind 11-10 win over Missouri. They had lost the first two games of the series but scored two runs in the bottom of the eighth and ninth to get the win.
They will look to carry that momentum into the tournament against an Alabama team that they beat two of three times in late April.
The Crimson Tide will be looking to avenge those losses as they try and pull off the mini upset on Tuesday.
Alabama finished the year 12-17 in the SEC but is also coming in with a ton of momentum after winning its last two games against No 5 Arkansas.
They exploded for 18 runs in an emphatic win against the favored Razorbacks in the last game of the season.
Tuesday, the Crimson Tide will be looking to carry that over and knock off the hated Bulldogs.
