Iowa, the No. 3 seed in its NIT bracket, faces No. 6 seed Kansas State on Tuesday night at Carver Arena in Iowa City in the first round of the 2024 NIT. The Hawkeyes come into Tuesday’s game with an 18-14 record on the season, which includes a 10-10 mark in Big Ten play that left the team in sixth place in the conference. On the other side, Kansas State was 19-14 on the year but just 8-10 in Big 12 play, finishing ninth in an incredibly tough conference.
