Jeff Brohm will lead Louisville onto the field on Friday night for its annual spring game. Brohm is in his second year with the Cardinals after coming over from Purdue. Brohm, who graduated from Louisville, made an immediate impact in his first year as he led the Cardinals to the ACC Championship game. They lost just two regular-season games but would end the year on a three-game losing streak as they fell to Florida State in the conference championship game and then to USC in the Holiday Bowl. They went 8-5 in the year before he got there and they were just 4-4 in the ACC.

They are looking to make another big jump in 2024 and get to the top of the ACC. Their early schedule is friendly as they play three straight at home against Austin Peay, Jacksonville State and Georgia Tech.
They do get a test in Week Four against Notre Dame and they will also play three straight road games against Boston College, Clemson and Stanford.
They finish the season with four road games over their last five games and will have to play well to finish off the season on a high note.
