After offensive explosion last night, the Reds aim to start winning streak as series continues against the White Sox
A day after posting a season-high 11 runs, the Cincinnati Reds head into today’s matinee matchup against the Chicago White Sox looking to win consecutive games for the first time in nearly two weeks as they send southpaw Nick Lodolo to the mound for the first time this season. Lodolo, who missed most of the 2023 campaign with a broken tibia, made a rehab start in Triple-A Louisville on Sunday throwing 2.2 innings. Chicago will start lefty Garrett Crochet (1-1, 2.00 ERA) who will make his fourth career start after spending his first three seasons coming out of the White Sox bullpen.
