Minnesota is 7.5 games behind division-leading Cleveland, while they’re just 3-6 at home. Chicago, on the other hand, is in last place in the AL Central with a 3-19 record. The White Sox have the worst record in baseball and have lost four consecutive games, with a 1-9 record in their last 10 contests.

In the series opener, Max Kepler led the Twins to a 7-0 victory over the White Sox on Monday night. Kepler had a two-hit night with three RBIs in his return to the lineup.
Twins starter Chris Paddack was also excellent on the mound, pitching seven scoreless innings with 10 strikeouts. Chicago didn’t score despite having eight hits in the game.
