Fantasy Football Week 14 Optimal DFS Lineup

Fubo News gives you the optimal DFS fantasy football lineup for Week 14. Watch the NFL live on Fubo with a free trial.

Heading into Week 14, despite more bye weeks, there is plenty of opportunity to put together a lineup that is sure to surprise people. In review of last week, Dak Prescott went off again as did Christian Watson in our lineup. Our defense also put up the third most points in our lineup with 17. Zach Moss was disappointing in his return to the starting role, and Freiermuth was underwhelming as Kenny Pickett got hurt. This week we will bounce back and put together another dominant lineup. Here is my optimal lineup for a full slate this week in fantasy football.

QB: Dak Prescott, Cowboys – $7,400

At this point in the season, it is hard to see a reason not to select Dak Prescott as my DFS quarterback. He is the No. 8 quarterback in terms of salary on Draft Kings behind CJ Stroud, Lamar Jackson, Tua Tagovailoa, and Justin Herbert among others. However, in his last six games, Prescott has had just one week (against a stout Carolina secondary) where he has ranked below QB3 on the week. With him averaging 350 yards in his last five games with 3-4 touchdowns per game, it would be criminal to leave him out.

RB: Isiah Pacheco, Chiefs – $6,700

Isiah Pacheco will play the Bills this week who have not been known to stop the run with any progress. In the previous two games against two teams who have been poor against the rush as well, Pacheco has topped 20 fantasy points in both occurrences. Against the Raiders, he had two touchdowns on 55 yards with five receptions for 34 yards. Last week, he had 110 yards with a touchdown.

RB: Zach Moss, Colts – $5,900

I got burned back by Zack Moss last week. He ran for just 51 yards and caught two passes for six yards totaling 7.70 fantasy points. However, on the bright side, he did see 19 rushes and 94% of the snapshare. He was playing a stout Titans front that held him up. This week, he will get a lax Bengals defense that should give up more. I would expect another 70+ yard performance with a touchdown, at least.

WR: Zay Flowers, Ravens – $5,700

Typically, my top receiver has been CeeDee Lamb to pair with Prescott. However, DK has adjusted Lamb’s value, and it is more than Prescott’s so we are going to leave him off due to lack of sufficient deep sleepers. However, coming off of a bye and missing Mark Andrews, Zay Flowers should assume a big role on this offense and for Lamar Jackson. Heading into the bye week in a game against the Chargers, Flowers finished with five receptions for 25 yards and a touchdown, in addition to 37 rushing yards and another touchdown. He also had another touchdown called back that would have made for a career night.

WR: Jonathan Mingo, Panthers – $3,500

Did someone say rookie receiver? The Carolina Panthers have been a mess of a franchise and have been in the spotlight over the past week and half firing their head coach followed by multiple offensive position coaches. Special Teams Coordinator, Chris Tabor, took over as the head coach and Thomas Brown took back play calling duties. As a result, Mingo exploded catching six passes on 10 targets for 69 yards averaging 11.5 yards per reception. The first three were all career highs in a single game for the rookie. If that is any indication, his role could be increasing.

WR: Rashee Rice, Chiefs – $5,400

Oh, someone did say rookie receiver! Rashee Rice has been slowly growing in his role with Patrick Mahomes and this Chiefs offense. Against two talented secondaries in the last two weeks, Rice has put up double-digit fantasy numbers. He caught eight passes on 10 targets for 107 yards and a touchdown two weeks ago against the Raiders. Last week, he caught eight passes on nine targets for 64 yards missing a score. His production has been up, and his talent is going up as well.

TE: Jake Ferguson, Cowboys – $4,400

Jake Ferguson has had on-and-off weeks despite Prescott being amazing in the past month. However, he finished as the TE6 or better three times in the last five weeks. He will get a Philadelphia defense that is giving up top points to tight ends this season. He is coming off a game against the Seahawks where he had six receptions for 77 yards and a touchdown. The last time he played the Eagles, he had seven receptions for 91 yards and a touchdown.

FLEX: Brandon Aiyuk, 49ers – $6,900

Brandon Aiyuk has been one of the most consistent players in fantasy football this season. He has weekly been between 10-20 points with occurrences of going over that number. The most exciting news with Aiyuk is that he has found the endzone with Brock Purdy at least one time per game over the last four straight weeks. If he can top 100 yards, he can easily be the FLEX of the week this week.

DEF: Pittsburgh Steelers – $4,100

I don’t know what is going on in New England. They were starting Mac Jones … who was bad. They replaced him with Bailey Zappe … who wasn’t better. Now, they are also going to be without starting running back Rhamondre Stevenson as well. The Pittsburgh Steelers’ defense was already one of the best in the NFL. I would anticipate several turnovers as well as less than 10 points for New England. They have scored a total of 13 points in the team’s last three games … combined.
