Top Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Adds For Week 3

With Week 2 in the books, we can look back and see how our waiver wire targets from Week 2 panned out. Both Puka Nacua and Kyren Williams exploded for the Rams offense and over 20 points each in fantasy football. Joshua Kelley, despite getting the start with an injured Austin Ekeler, managed just under four fantasy points. With Week 3 on the horizon, here are your hottest waiver wire targets to improve your team.

Josh Reynolds, WR, Lions

Josh Reynolds finished Week 1 with four receptions for 80 yards on seven targets and was mildly on our radar. However, he took a back seat to the rise of Nacua. This week, Reynolds exploded and proved that he is not only going to be a consistent FLEX consideration until the return of Jameson Williams, but that he is also a red zone target for Jared Goff. Reynolds saw six targets on Sunday with five receptions and 66 yards which put him at 11.60 fantasy points, on par with his 12.00 last week. However, this week, he found the endzone two times to total 23.60 points. He is only rostered in 21% of leagues right now.

Zack Moss, RB, Colts

There is still a rumor that Jonathan Taylor is not hurt and will make his return to the Colts in Week 5 after he is eligible to come off of the PUP. Last week, the Colts running back room was horrendous. Outside of quarterback Anthony Richardson, the running backs totaled just 25 yards and two fumbles, both by lead back Deon Jackson. This week, the team got Zack Moss back after dealing with an injury and Moss proved he is the guy to have with Taylor sidelined. Moss ran 18 times for 88 yards and a touchdown while pulling in all four targets for 19 yards totaling 20.70 fantasy points. He is rostered in 56% of leagues and should be a top waiver wire target.

Nico Collins, WR, Texans

Heading into the season, a major question was who the top receiver for the Houston Texans would be. Was it going to be John Metchie, Tank Dell, Nico Collins, or Robert Woods? Well, the answer is here, and it is Collins. In Week 1, Collins saw 11 target, pulling in six receptions for 80 yards totaling 14 fantasy points without finding the end zone. In Week 2, not only did Collins find the end zone from Stroud, but he caught seven passes for 146 yards on nine targets. He totaled 27.60 fantasy points in an explosive performance. Only rostered in 55% of leagues, Collins needs to be a must-add on the waiver wire as the season progresses.

Hunter Henry, TE, Patriots

With the tight end position being so weak this season and guys like Kyle Pitts, Darren Waller, George Kittle, and Dallas Goedert just not performing, Hunter Henry should be worth the waiver wire addition. Many people thought that the Patriots TE had a fluke game in Week 1 after he totaled five receptions for 56 yards on six targets and a touchdown. He has 16.60 fantasy points. Well, Henry doubled down on his Week 1 performance with another great performance on Sunday Night Football last night. Henry pulled in six receptions on seven targets for 52 yards and another touchdown totaling 17.20 fantasy points. Henry is only rostered in 47% of leagues.
