Heartland Bowhunter

Bowhunting in the heartland of the United States is at the heart of this series, which documents hunting adventures in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, South Dakota and North Dakota. Proud Missourians Michael Hunsucker and Shawn Luchtel lead many of the hunts -- Luchtel is also a cinematographer on the show -- and are often joined by friends, hunting guides and other special guests to track white-tailed deer, mule deer, elk, turkey and even geese.

Raised Hunting

A family that hunts together stays together. David Holder, his wife, Karin, and their sons, Warren and Easton, firmly believe that motto, and "Raised Hunting" provides a platform for them to pass on the life lessons they have learned in the wild. Facing various challenges during bowhunting adventures allows the Holders to not only demonstrate how to track and harvest animals but also to show the familial bond created while enjoying the outdoors together.

It features action-packed bowhunts in the U.S. and abroad, and the species on the menu -- white-tailed deer, elk, moose, black bear, wild turkey and more -- are as varied as the terrain they roam. Each episode also includes tips on how viewers can maximize their hunting experiences and a segment that focuses on the technical aspects of the sport.
