Fubo News presents the best, most optimal fantasy football full-slate DFS lineup for Week 6. Watch the NFL live on Fubo all season.
Heading into Week 6, I feel there are more sleeper choices now than ever. When things like that transpire, it is a dream come true for daily fantasy sports players, especially in the salary cap format. We will use that to build this lineup with a $50,000 budget and prices coming in from Draft Kings. This will be for the full slate of games this week including Thursday and Monday nights. Here is the optimal lineup.

QB: Patrick Mahomes – Chiefs – $8,100
Patrick Mahomes is not secretly the best quarterback in the league, he just simply is. The last three times that Mahomes has taken on a defense ranked towards the bottom in fantasy points to quarterbacks, Mahomes has averaged over 25 points per game. In those three games, he finished as the QB11 twice and QB5 once.
RB: Isaih Pacheco – Chiefs – $5,700
Isiah Pacheco has slowly been making a name for himself over the last three weeks. For those games, he finished as the RB12, 6 and 15. He has had 15.80, 24.80 and 13.40 points over that stretch as well. He is seeing 18-20 carries per game and has found the endzone in each of his last three contests. With a team like Denver giving up massive amounts of points, he will be fantastic.
RB: Raheem Mostert – Dolphins – $6,400
Raheem Mostert took a back seat to De’Von Achane after putting up 45.20 points in Week 3 with four touchdowns. He followed that game up with seven carries for nine yards and 5.50 points. Last week, he was on pace for the same stat line before Achane went out with an injury that is now suppose to keep him out for weeks. Mostert finished with 65 yards and a touchdown on just over 59% of the snapshare.

WR: Jordan Addison – Vikings – $5,700
Addison follows a similar situation as Mostert. Justin Jefferson hit the IR earlier this week and Addison stepped up in his absence. After having games of 16.10, 16.20 and 11.20 in the first three weeks, he finally broke through with 18.40 points on six receptions for 64 yards and a touchdown. He should only see an increased role with Jetta missing.
WR: Josh Downs – Colts – $4,100
Josh Downs hasn’t posted an amazing stat line this season yet, but for two games in three weeks, Downs has totaled over six receptions with 14 receptions and he almost topped 100 yards last week. Gardner Minshew will be the starter with Anthony Richardson out, and Minshew seems to target Downs more than Richardson so he should be in for 8-10 targets.
WR: Zay Flowers – Ravens – $5,600
Yes, I am starting three rookie receivers this week – it is the week they take over. Zay Flowers is the third one. He had five receptions on 11 targets for 73 yards last week despite getting tripped up and dropping a ball that would have added another 40 yards to that total. He now has over 10 targets in three of the five games this season.

TE: Cole Kmet – Bears – $4,600
Cole Kmet has now had two games back-to-back that fantasy managers have wanted to see. He finished as the TE1 two weeks ago and the TE9 last week with a total of 42.80 in the two weeks. Justin Fields looks to be breaking out of his slump and Kmet is a body he is looking for. He has also found the endzone in two straight games.
FLX: Garrett Wilson – Jets – $6,000
Garrett Wilson has not had a top 10 finish this season among wide receivers, but this pick is based solely on his matchup. The Eagles are gving up top numbers to receivers this seaosn. If he can get some separation and clear passes from Zach Wilson, he should be a great flex play in this week’s game.
DEF: Philadelphia Eagles – $3,800
Surprisingly, my defense is also the defense I just bashed. However, I fully believe that Wilson can get quality numbers while the Eagles sack Zach Wilson and possibly intercept him multiple times. They have nine sacks in the last two weeks with are due for some more interceptions with a possible touchdown on the horizon.
