Arizona and UCLA will meet for the second game of their final Pac-12 series of the year on Saturday night.
A top 25 matchup will take place on Saturday night as No. 23 takes on No. 8 UCLA at Easton Stadium in Los Angeles for game two of their Pac-12 series. The Wildcats are currently in fifth place in the Pac-12 standings with a conference record of 12-10 and an overall record of 31-14-1. Last night, the team dropped the series opener against the Bruins in a 10-2 loss in five innings. UCLA held Arizona to just four hits in the loss and the team’s two runs were unearned. Brooke Mannon took the loss in the circle with one inning of pitching in which she gave up three earned runs on two hits.

The Bruins bring a seven-game win streak into Saturday night’s game and hold the top spot in the Pac-12 standings with a conference record of 13-3 and an overall record of 29-9. In last night’s 10-2 win, Maya Brady and Jadelyn Allchin each had three RBI. Brady hit a two-run shot in the first to open the scoring and followed with a single in the second. Allchin finished with a single and a triple to plate three runs. Taylor Tinsley picked up another win in the circle with four innings of throwing, striking out four batters in the process.
