USC will host UCLA on Saturday night in women’s water polo action.
The Uytengsu Aquatics Center is set to host an exciting weekend matchup between No. 1 UCLA and No. 4 USC on Saturday night for the regular season finale. The Trojans bring an overall record of 17-5 and a conference record of 4-1. The team has won two straight games with the most recent being a 14-10 win over No. 10 Arizona State last weekend. Morgan Netherton finished the game with a team-leading four goals to power the USC offense while Julia Janov and Alejandra Aznar each had a hat trick in the win. Carollyne Stern played the full game in goal for the Trojans and made nine saves to earn the win.

The Bruins are currently undefeated and at 20-0 overall and 5-0 in conference play and will look to keep that win streak rolling on Saturday night. Last weekend, UCLA played No. 5 Cal and earned a narrow 7-6 victory on the road. Malia Allen scored three goals to lead the Bruins’ offense while Molly Renner finished right behind with two goals in the win. Sydney Chiang and Lauren Steele split time in net and combined for six saves to keep the team’s unbeaten season intact.
When USC and UCLA last met during the 2023 season, the Trojans earned a 14-9 victory.
