Co-leaders Collin Morikawa and Joel Dahmen try to separate from the pack as round three of the U.S. Open teed off today.
As the U.S. Open continues into day three, day two saw many surprises. Day one leader, Adam Hadwin, finished the second day with a score of two-over-par, bringing his total to two-under-par dropping 13 places.

Just as Hadwin fell, Collin Morikawa rose. After finishing a measly one-under-par on day one, Morikawa shot the best round two score of four-under-par to take him to a two-day total of five-under-par.
Joel Dahmen shot two-under and three-under-par on consecutive days bringing him to a tie for the lead with Morikawa. Hayden Buckley, John Rahm, Aaron Wise, Beau Hossler and Rory McIlroy round out the golfers at four-under-par and tied for third.
Some special golfers missed the cut today as well, including Shane Lowry, Cameron Young, Daniel Berger, and Viktor Hovland.
Switching up into pairs, Joseph Bramlett and Stewart Hagestad teed off this morning at 9:49 a.m. ET followed by a prestigious group of Sebastiá Muñoz and Patrick Cantlay at 10 a.m. ET.
