Joey Logano won the pole for the All-Star Race. He won the event back in 2016 and is looking to become just the eighth driver to win this event multiple times. The eight year gap between wins would be the second longest of all-time between wins for a driver, three behind Kevin Harvick who won in 2007 and then again in 2018.
Last year Kyle Larson won the All-Star Race for the third time. He also won the race in 2019 and in 2021 to become just the fourth driver in the 39 previous races. With a win today he will tie the great Jimmie Johnson with four wins to have the most wins at the All-Star Race while passing Dale Earnhardt and Jeff Gordon.
Larson and Logano are joined by Ross Chastain, Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch, Chase Elliott, Denny Hamlin, Ryan Blaney, A.J. Allmendinger, Chris Buescher, Christopher Bell, William Byron, Michael McDowell, Tyler Reddick, Daniel Suarez, Martin Truex Jr. and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. to fill out the first 17 drivers in the field.
